Fimbul Supper Club x Johan Vineyards

Fimbul, a Portland based, Scandinavian inspired supper club recently hosted a multi-course dinner served and prepared under an old oak tree in a clearing at Johan Vineyards in Rickreall, OR. Johan Vineyards is an 85 acre vineyard and winery that is committed to biodynamic vineyard practices and thoughtful, if not experimental, winemaking. They make absolutely gorgeous wines. Johan Vineyards was started by Dag Johan Sundby, a fellow Scandinavian who left Norway in 2004 and made his way to Oregon, determined to throw some vines in the ground and continue a generations long tradition of land stewardship.
